We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made at SOGO Malaysia. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt provided they are in original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original tax invoice or receipt.

  Submit Request

  Contact our Customer Service team or visit the Customer Service Center at any SOGO outlet to initiate your return or exchange process.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the completed Return Form provided in your initial delivery.

• 4.
  Drop-off or Courier

  Return the parcel to our designated collection points or ship it back to our warehouse via a trackable courier service of your choice.
